Principal Dentist - (BDS) (GDC: 71818)He opened the practice with his wife Sam in January 2003. Surby studied at Liverpool University and qualified in 1996.

Practice Manager - (BA) Hons 2003Sam is the Practice Manager. She opened the practice with her husband Surby in January 2003.

Associate Dentist - (BDS London) (GDC Number: 64047)Lisa qualified from Kings College, London and has worked at the practice since 2004.
Kirpal Singh Dhaliwal
Associate Dentist - (BDS) (MJDF) (GDC: 85499)Graduating from The University of Manchester in 2005, Dr Dhaliwal soon developed an interest in implantology and cosmetic dentistry from which he went on to complete several post graduate courses.
Dr Zareen Ahmed
Associate Dentist - (GDC: 263737)Zareen qualified as a Dentist in 2015. Prior to this she completed a Bachelors in Biochemistry, both at King’s College London.

Head Receptionist - (R.D.N) (GDC Number: 167699)Zem joined the practice in 2013 to head our Reception Team. She comes to us with over 30 years of experience within the dental industry.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. I have dental pain, can I get an emergency appointment?
Yes, of course. Please call our reception team on 01926426232 to arrange an appointment. If we could kindly ask you to call us as early as possible so we can do our best to see you on the same day.
If your emergency is outside of practice hours please telephone the practice and follow the instructions on our answer phone.
2. Do you have disabled access?
Yes. We have disabled access throughout the practice with disabled toilet facilities on the ground floor. A lift is also available for your convenience giving full access to our treatment rooms located on the second floor.
3. Where can I park my car at the practice?
At Bridge Dental practice we have free parking for 2 hours situated directly outside the building. There is also a pay and display car park opposite the practice.
4. Are you taking on new patients?
We are currently taking on new NHS and private patients. Please do not hesitate to contact us at the practice and we will find a suitable appointment for you.
5. Missed Appointments / Short Notice Cancellations Policy:
Private or Plan Members:
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give as much notice as possible so that we can offer it to another patient. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the appointment may then be chargeable and in extensive circumstances may also result in the dentist terminating your course of treatment early and any future appointments.
NHS Patients:
As you can understand NHS appointments are very few and far between so If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give as much notice as possible so that we can offer it to another patient. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or if you fail to attend 2 of your appointments we may terminate your course of treatment early. In extensive circumstances we may ask you to find another practice.
We understand certain circumstances are unavoidable in which case we will use our discretion to come to the final decision.
